		<description>Thanks.  We&#039;ve had quite a few problems recently with unleashed dogs.  In November, a group from the riding stables came across an unleashed dog.  Long story short, spooked horses, injured riders, etc.  The ticket is around $140 these days.</description>

You&#039;re right, though. It&#039;s the right thing to do. I let him off at the fishing pier to do some nosing around while I took photos, but he stayed leashed for the rest of the walk.
